Abstract:
This project protects software piracy and restricts access to authenticated users. Internet piracy threatens software companies. Hackers or intruders can steal data using malicious codes and programs. Thus, plagiarizing information and products must be prevented. This project protects software copyright and secures transactions.
Project features:
- Users must register online.
- Payment for software: They must purchase it online using the system’s secure payment option.
- After payment, user can download software. User must save the serial key that comes with the software.
- The software reads your PC mac id.
- Product Id Generation: The system used an algorithm to generate a unique user id.
- Key Generation: Request a serial key. Send the generated user ID. Encrypting unique user IDs generates the key.
- Data match Authentication: Admin encrypts user ID and sends key. Software generates key by encryption and matches user key.
- Authentication: Software is full or locked if key matches.
- Not supported on other PC: If the same key is applied to software on another PC, the user id generated by mac id will be different, so the key for that PC will be different.
