Abstract:

A gym trainer and monitoring system with weight gain/loss workouts. Both have trainers. The weight gain trainer requests your height, weight, and other information.

BMI is calculated. It then displays a workout schedule based on your weight gain goal. It tracks your BMI monthly and finishes the cycle when you reach your goal. The weight loss trainer monitors and trains you to achieve results.
