Abstract:
Heavy quadcopters spray crops, while mini quadcopters land on your hand. We build a mini quadcopter with live android streaming and obstacle detection.
A remote controller and android-compatible streaming camera control the drone. The drone also has a front-obstacle detection and alerting feature.
The flight controller uses remote controller commands to move the drone. Safeguards protect the drone’s propellers. An ultrasonic sensor with an alerting circuitry detects obstacles.
If an obstacle is within bumping range, the ultrasonic sensor produces a warning buzzer. This warns users so they can avoid it.
We design an android streaming micro drone with an ultrasonic sensor for obstacle detection and quick notifying.
