Abstract:

Sales professionals must stay ahead of the competition to survive the fierce competition, despite the huge commission potential. Sales executives must stay alert to maximize lead conversion.

Whether it’s scheduling sales calls or tracking leads, a good management system is crucial. Sales leaders can use this Sales CRM Android App to keep precise records of their clients, leads, opportunities, etc.

This tool enables sales leaders manage lead conversion and sales data in real time while keeping accurate records. This app also predicts sales.

This tool also lets sales executives mark leads by location, making territory management easier. This project is a complete sales CRM. The user can view profit and loss data in chart and Excelsheet formats with this software.

This project allows only one user to login with a database identity. Home Screen shows leads, business profile, and loss. It also displays Navigation Drawer options. Like, Lead, Organization, Quotation, Communication, Sales Forecast, Reports.

Leads lists leads and lets users enter new leads with basic information, address, and location. User wants to add new contact with basic information, address, and location in Contact. Anyone can be contacted with their number. Opportunities and organizations, like leads and contacts, can be viewed and added.

The status of quotations will be shown. Like, Pending, Rejected. Users can create and complete Quotations. Select User Type (Individual, Organization), name, contact number, subject, product list with quantity, adjustment, Sales tax, Excise duty, Business Address, Shipping Address, Due Date, Carrier, Commission, and paid amount. Search Dialog lets user choose product. Territory provides contacts by name, kind, and location. Users can sort by Individual, Organization.

Click the location symbol to see a user’s location and remove it from the list. In Communication, lists contacts by name and organization. Call, text, mail, and organize with lead and organization.
Sales projection data matches ExcelSheet. It provides monthly profile, loss, converted, and not converted. Sales reports provide charts with month, year, and quarterly sorting.
