Abstract:

CRM manages a company’s interactions with current and potential customers. Technology organizes, automates, and syncs sales. To sync sales, employees must track current and future customers. Employees cannot manually track all leads. Employee conversions are tracked by CRM. It controls sales. This system combines and.Android and internet.

System functions:

  • Admin will add new employee details and give employee identity number and password to access system.
  • Admin edits employee data.
  • Admin can view employee profit and loss and lead conversion.
  • Employees will receive emails about lead meetings the following day when they log in.
  • User will be redirected to dashboard to see number of leads converted and unconverted.
  • Based on leads converted, the dashboard shows profit and loss.
  • Filling customer details registers lead.
  • If customer is confirmed, user will be redirected to next page to convert lead.
  • User confirms lead by clicking yes or no.
  • Employees can schedule customer meetings by specifying the meeting topic and description.
  • View upcoming meeting. User can view meeting topic and description.
  • Users can text and email customers.
