Abstract:
Technology has exploded in the past decade. Technology has grown more user-friendly and accessible. User numbers have skyrocketed due to accessibility improvements. Individual technical support for each customer can be demanding and tedious.
This Chatbot Assistant helps customers with technical questions. This project’s user-friendly design also promotes accessibility. As system users rise, so do their requests and issues. Handling every inquiry personally could be costly, time-consuming, and inefficient.
This Chatbot Assistant automates technical support. Users can ask the chatbot for help instead of waiting for a professional. This system’s simplicity increases customer accessibility.
After initial analysis, computerizing the entire process is advised due to system abnormalities. The web app uses Django Framework and Python. User module is the main module in this project.
After registering with basic information, users can log in with their username and password. Login with username and password. Logging in lets users chat with and edit the chatbot’s information.
The user can ask the chatbot for help with technical issues or settings, and the chatbot will send a clickable link to the website. Python and Django are used to construct this project. The front-end uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
