Abstract:

The creation of an agent-based automated negotiation system for e-commerce is the main goal of the project “Price Negotiator Ecommerce ChatBot System.” By offering a flexible pricing mechanism, this system seeks to maximize gains for both buyers and sellers. The project uses intelligent agent technology to investigate the idea of automated negotiation in e-commerce. The three primary methods of automated negotiation—decision theory, game theory, and negotiation analysis—are given a brief overview. The project pinpoints industry difficulties with ontology, agent tactics, and communication protocols. Through the representation of user preferences and the facilitation of logical negotiation options, the integration of decision analysis and multi-attribute utility theory supports electronic negotiations. Automated online selling, consumer price negotiation, the creation of payment links, and secure credit card payment processing are some of the system’s benefits. The system does not monitor stock levels, though, and needs a live internet connection.
