Abstract:

The Wireless MESH Network-based agility training system addresses traditional training methods and college sports agility training funding issues. Based on the ESP-MESH network, the lower computer automatically networks nodes and describes the networking process, intra-group communication, and network management.

The Wireless MESH Network can transmit network data in real time when the network layers are 2, the node response time is 300ms, and the packet loss rate is close to 0. The Android-based upper computer displays agility training time for each movement point.

This project used agility equipment to train 10 university sports students over 9 weeks. After training, agility-related direction change, movement change, and decision-making improved significantly (p < 0.01). Agile coaches help college students improve agility, according to experiments.
