Abstract:
Schools and colleges use the mobile attendance system to save time and effort. Attendance data management requires much less paper.Android app. It lets school/college staff take student attendance on their phones.
System modules:
- Student Attendance List Creation: After installing this app on a phone, users can construct a student attendance sheet including name, roll number, date, Absent/Present mark, and subject. He fills student names and roll numbers.
- Attendance: The teacher has the list on his phone. He can check the call roll numbers and pick absent or present if a student is absent.
- Attendance: The professor cell phone stores this data. Faculty can watch it on their phones anytime.
- Attendance sheet transfer: Faculty can use bluetooth to send the file to a server (regular PC) where the school or college can store and manage it.
- Thus, this solution automates student attendance tracking and eliminates paperwork.
