Abstract:
Schools prioritize student satisfaction. However, students often fail to voice their concerns or seek organization support. No system addresses student conflicts or issues.
Students become dissatisfied. Thus, we created a Student Grievance System to address student issues and maintain the college’s dignity by promoting good student-teacher relationships and preventing conflict. The institute will address student complaints through this system. Python-based student grievance cell will investigate harassment, protecting students.
It investigates student complaints. Students can complain about health, library, and academic services at the cell. Anyone with a genuine grievance can approach the Co-ordinator or a member of the Student Grievance Cell, which is formed to maintain a healthy working environment for staff and students. Admin can view the resolution status of all grievances.
