Abstract:
We offer a real estate portal that lets users put property for sale, search, sort, and contact dealers online. It also has a novel feature that lets customers review their buyer transactions. Buyers can verify a seller’s profile and view his past deals from other user ratings. Every portal user has a profile where old deals can be checked.
If payment troubles arise, a person may leave a poor review for another user. Users can now verify that user before dealing with him.
The system requires a user login to search for properties by area, Bhk, location, and facilities like lift, furnished, semi-furnished, etc.
The system sorts property and shows user-selected results. Users can list a property for sale with price, location, and contact information. The system also allows builders to post new projects for buyers of flats/offices.
