Abstract:
Internet apps and chat programs are used by many terrorist groups. They also use internet chat apps to recruit young terrorists. We propose an internet chat app that actively monitors chats and alerts admins of suspicious chat activity.
The system processes and archives all chats. Servers handle chat. Server continuously scans data for suspicious keywords. Admins can monitor any chat. Server-processed suspicious chat alerts the admin. Admins can now monitor that chat.
The system also provides the IP addresses of both chatters for location tracking. This chat monitor can secure chats and detect terrorism-related chats to track down terrorist networks using IP addresses. Our free internet chat app also tracks online terrorism.
