Abstract:

We all know that a good presentation can sway someone is decision. We need more than a file or content to make that difference. The proposed system automates meeting room booking so employees can focus on presentations.

Employees simply enter guests, purpose, and date and time. This system will book a meeting room for that employee and send a reminder email an hour before the meeting.

To achieve this, there will be an admin section that can authorize the person to use the system and create meeting rooms by submitting the details of the rooms like number of guests, amenities like Wi-Fi, Projector, White Board, Coffee Machine, etc.

Employees can choose their rooms. Then you can temporarily reject the room for construction, repair, or other reasons. After fixing the issues, the room can be rebooked. The authorized user can login and search for a room for a specific day.

Invite other employees to the meeting and send them a mail. Employees can look at the upcoming meeting and send feedback about the room or anything else needed in the room to the admin for review. MNCs and universities can use this system for students and faculty.
