Abstract:
Calories measure food and drink energy. Overweight and obesity have increased due to nutritional transition, physical inactivity, and increased consumption of refined carbohydrates, processed foods, and different fats. To maintain weight, we must consume the same amount of energy as we use through normal bodily functions and physical activity. A healthy diet balances energy intake and use.
Mobile phones are now used to deliver health communication interventions due to advances in mobile technology. mHealth has successfully managed various health conditions in multiple studies.
Mobile health (mHealth) and the use of mobile phones for health communication interventions have arisen from advances in mobile technology. Our flutter-based Calories Tracker System helps users track diet and activity to manage weight.
Users must register with basic information to log in. They can keep a daily food diary. The user can enter their daily food intake and total intake. They can edit and delete the day’s food.
User can view automatically calculated BMI and BMR. The user can set a weight goal. Adding body weight daily lets the user track their progress. They must manually update their body weight and view entries by date.
This Dart-based project uses MSSQL and Flutter. Google maintains Dart. Flutter builds high-performance mobile apps across platforms.
