Abstract:
Android is the client app and a PC is the web server. Android apps must be installed on phones. The app may require registration on first use. The server database stores user data. Username and password login follows. Login unlocks the complaint form.
The app lets users complain. Server receives complaint. Server can now respond to complaint on Android phone. This app lets web users report illegal posts.
Users can report fraudulent e-commerce sites. This system detects fraudulent e-commerce websites and saves users time by not requiring them to travel to file complaints.
