Abstract:
Information technology has permeated education, event planning, business, health, and government. This technology improves organization efficiency during events. Traditional methods often slow programs. E-registration and QR codes as tickets and certificates can solve this problem.
Event planners may solve these issues with smartphones and other cellular technology. The Event Registration System uses QR Code and e-registration technology for registration and certificate validation, making event procurement easy. This Dart project uses Flutter. Google maintains Dart. Flutter builds high-performance mobile apps across platforms.
Admins and registrars use this system. The admin manages the user list, events, audience, and other data stores. The admin can export event audiences to Excel.
Volunteers or registrars scan and store event attendees. Volunteers can view their events here. Event Registration System with QR Code has an easy-to-use interface.
