Abstract:

Land buyers must inspect and research to discover a plot that meets their demands and budget. After finding the perfect land, a person may be inundated with paperwork to transfer and register it.

Personal data needed to complete a land deal is sensitive and must be protected from unauthorized access. This Blockchain-based Land Registries System has two entities: the Registrar (Admin) and the User.

After creating a profile and logging in, Users can search for land for sale and examine owner and pending status information.
Users can save favorite plots to view later in the app’s bookmarks. The Registrar can add, view, or edit land and ownership information. They can also check data for tampering with blocks.

In this system, only the registrar can add, transfer, or sell land with user, land, and valuation information. Since blockchain stores data, nobody can tamper with it, and the registrar will know. User app can get land or request specifics and bookmark it. User can only access current owner records, not land history.
