Abstract:

This project develops and implements an android phone ticketing app that is more efficient and simpler. The “RFID-based Public Transport Ticketing System” is easy to use and stores tickets in the customer’s phone. GPS module validates and deletes tickets at source and destination.

This proposal proposes a solution to the hassle of standing in lines to buy tickets and then transporting them. This project’s main goal is to create an android app that lets customers book tickets online from their smartphones and receive a message that is enough for a chosen distance.

For security, user data is kept in the cloud and must be accessible when ordering tickets. Cloud ticketing systems can be elastically extended or downsized and accessed over the Internet, making them more scalable and available. It offers two payment alternatives.

First, a consumer can pay with their wallet, and second, the ticket checker can send some money to the wallet. SQL databases secure user data. For checking, ticket checkers utilize an app to search the cloud database for the user’s ticket number.
