Abstract:
Auction houses help people sell assets. Few people know about internet auctions and bidding. Even if online bidding is transparent, fraud is still possible. Both buyer and seller must do a thorough background check before proceeding.
Our flutter-based House Bidding App lets users bid on desired residences. User can add a house for bid and admin will verify details or bid and admin will approve proposals. This Dart-based app uses MSSQL and the flutter framework. Google developed and maintains Dart. A cross-platform framework for high-performance mobile apps is Flutter.
This system requires the admin to log in to view house details and users. The admin can view and accept or reject bids based on the house owner’s details. The admin may see all house bookings and payments.
The user must register with basic information before logging in. Any agency or homeowner that wants their house auctioned can use this site. The admin can approve or reject bidding proposals based on dwelling details created and updated by the user.
Each bid and payment will be visible to the user. The user can access all house details for bidding. After the user bids, the admin will verify them. A token may be required for winning.
