Abstract:
Triple DES has a longer key length than most encryption modes, making it advantageous. It uses triplicate DES with three subkeys and key padding when needed, such as when keys must be 64 bits long. Software is compatible and flexible, making Triple DES inclusion easy.
Triple DES triple-encrypts input data. k1, k2, and k3 are the keys. Thus, triple DES is more secure and sometimes preferred over normal DES due to its three-key design.
This is combined with the triple-DES-encrypted OTP. This OTP increases security. Encrypted data allows bank transactions to be done securely without worrying about attackers accessing the database.
