Abstract:

Employee performance boosts firm productivity and profitability. Ability determines employee performance. In current system, superiors monitor employee behavior to improve work performance. This will boost excellent effort.

According to our proposed system, employee performance is dependent on personality. Our system will study the top ten firm performers’ personality attributes and utilize them to create new hiring criteria for future hiring programs to improve employee performance and company productivity and profitability.

Our project targets IT workers. Employee performance is assessed. From there, 10 best performers are chosen, their personality qualities are assessed, and top employee parameter values are saved in a database.

Candidates are hired using these data. If the interviewee’s personality matches the company’s 10 highest workers, they’ll be more productive. This technique will help identify superior hires early.
