Abstract:
Online shoppers benefit greatly. This helps e-commerce companies build long-term, profitable customer relationships. Focusing on the customer as a whole and making sense of a flood of real-time information beyond demographics and shopping behavior is crucial to building strong relationships with these users.
Two entities will have system access. The admin and registered user are separate. Admin can view product sales, order details, and add product details. A valid username and password require basic registration.
After logging in, the system recommends products on the homepage based on user data. The user can view details of recommended products and add them to their cart if they want to buy. An AI bot answers questions about product features, warranty, price, and more. This AI Bot speaks text. Online payment is available after product selection. View your product order history.
