Job seekers struggle to find a job that matches their skills and interests. Job searchers can find their dream jobs with this technique from home. This online Applicant Tracking system software helps employers identify qualified candidates and job seekers find their dream employment.
This online Applicant Tracking system simplifies recruitment for both parties. Job Portal connects recruiters and job seekers to satisfy their needs. HR can logon to this online Applicant Tracking system to review candidate resumes. HR can save or sort candidate resumes.
HR manages employment and checks candidates’ profiles. The portal requires registration for all interested candidates. They can log in with their ID and password. They can search for jobs, post resumes, and update their personal and professional information.
